HR & Employment Law Support

Handle staff sickness, disputes, redundancy and maternity issues legally and professionally with support from our HR and employment law specialists.

Included within both our Standard and Plus payroll service, you can enjoy unlimited access to our team of HR professionals and receive expert advice on your specific issues, from redundancies to poor performance and maternity pay. We guide you through procedures that can minimise disagreements, set expectations in the workplace and help keep you, and your staff, happy.

Employment Contracts

It is important to us to do all we can to help our clients and their employees maintain a happy working relationship. Putting a Employment Contract in place right at the start means both parties know what is expected of them and thus reduces the likelihood of disputes later on.

The contract is a legally binding agreement that obliges both the employer and the employee to keep to the terms laid out in it. These terms can of course be changed at any time by mutual agreement. All employees are entitled to have one within eight weeks of starting their job and a sensible employer will get it in place as early as possible.

Stafftax HR

Clients will also have access to Stafftax HR, our team of HR Specialists. We encourage our clients to make full use of this service particularly when getting the Contract of Employment in place.

If you should have a dispute with your employee, Stafftax HR will provide advice and guidance to ensure issues are handled professionally and legally.

The Stafftax HR phone lines are open from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and clients can also access a wide range of Stafftax HR documentation through the HR Portal via their Members Area account.
