It is important to us to do all we can to help our clients and their employees maintain a happy working relationship. Putting a Employment Contract in place right at the start means both parties know what is expected of them and thus reduces the likelihood of disputes later on.
The contract is a legally binding agreement that obliges both the employer and the employee to keep to the terms laid out in it. These terms can of course be changed at any time by mutual agreement. All employees are entitled to have one within eight weeks of starting their job and a sensible employer will get it in place as early as possible.
