Latest Coronavirus Update – June 2020: With 28 new additional staff members and a new Furlough Portal built we are starting to make inroads into the influx of work that Coronavirus has created for the business.

The immediate challenge is making sure all of our customer’s July quarterly tax bill is up to date and accurate, and for those customers who have requested Furlough that these requests have been processed. To ensure this vital workstream has our team’s full focus, we have temporarily closed our phone lines for 2 weeks, starting from Monday 8th June, reopening on Monday 22nd June 2020. In these 2 weeks we will also strive to get as many emails answered and payroll changes made to our customer’s accounts.

Standard Payroll Service:

  • Send weekly or monthly payslips and all other documents included
  • Provide a bespoke contract of employment
  • Provide an online members area for your employee so they can gain direct access to their payslips

  • Provide unlimited payroll administration support and advice, including Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, redundancy and processing a P45 each time an employee joins or leaves
Stafftax Plus includes everything in the standard service and also:
  • Salary payments made directly to your staff
  • Tax and National Insurance Liabilities paid to HMRC on your behalf
By adding the Workplace Pension Service we will:
  • Take away all your legal obligations of providing, setting up and managing a NEST pension scheme for your and your employee
  • Send all legally required communications to your employee
  • Calculate the pensions contributions and display them on the payslip
  • Inform The Pensions Regulator when your duties have been completed by submitting a Declaration of Compliance
  • Manage your ongoing duties, such as completing your 'Re-Declaration' every 3 years to inform The Pensions Regulator you are still compliant with the Auto Enrolment Legislation
