• This promotion offers existing customers the chance to win their subscription fee back when renewing their annual subscription online.
• There will be a prize every 4 months in the year of 2024, at which point 10 winners will be drawn at random (a total of 30 winners). Please note, that the period in which you renew is the prize draw your name will be entered into.
  • For renewals completed online between 2nd January and 30th April 2024, prize draws will take place no later than 10th May 2024 and winners will be notified by 17th May 2024.
  • For renewals completed online between 1st May to 31st August 2024, prize draws will take place no later than 7th September 2024 and winners will be notified by 14th September 2024.
  • For renewals completed online between 1st September to 31st December 2024, prize draws will take place no later than 4th January 2025 and winners will be notified by 11th January 2025.
• Winners will be contacted via email within two weeks of each prize draw, and refunds will be processed within 10 working days of contact with the customer.
• By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about the prize draw entry.
• Prize draw entry is automatic. Please email mailbox@stafftax.co.uk if you wish to be removed from the prize draw.
• Winners agree that we may use your first name and initial of your surname for any reasonable and related promotional purpose.
• This promotion does not apply to short subscriptions, i.e. subscriptions lasting fewer than 12 months.
• The promotion is for existing clients renewing their subscription with Nannytax or Stafftax.
• This promotion is for online renewals only.
• The refund will be applied to the Payroll and HR element of the subscription only and will be capped at a maximum of £276 for monthly payslips or £296 for weekly payslips.
• The refund is not applicable to any of Stafftax’s additional services or additional employee fees.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Termination of a subscription will be dealt with according to our cancellation policy outlined in the Stafftax Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is scheduled to run from 00:01 am on the 2nd of January 2024 until 23:59pm on the 31st of December 2024. We reserve the right to withdraw or change this promotion at any time.
